Except some special knives all my knives are made by order to your own requirements, so it is likely some waiting time.

The wait time is usually 2-3 weeks, after start your knife the waiting time will be 5-8 working days.

The waiting time will be settled when ordering.

I'm always in touch with the customer and always send several photos from the work progress.

From Europe accept Paypal, Credit Card by Paypal and Bank Transfer, from outside Europe accept Paypal and Credit Card by Paypal ONLY.

The payment will be made 50% when ordering and 50% before shipment, percentages may change if both agree.

The shipping will be made within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

To have a rough idea of the shipping time, Europe about 6 working days, US about 10 working days, Australia 13 working days.

I usually ship registered package delivered in hand, different shipping options will be more expensive not faster, the waiting time depends on the Customs not the shipping company.

You will have a track number to follow your packet.

I take the full responsibility for the shipment while in Portugal, but once it left Portugal it is on your risk, of course I will help you if the packet is lost but I can not sure that you will retrieve the package.

The good news is that I never lost a package.

BLADE STEEL - All high carbon steel whether carbon or stainless steel has prone to light surface oxidation or the beginnings of rust, especially if not dry and clean the knife after use, in normal use to prevent rust, clean and dry the knife before re-inserted into the sheath. When you save the knife for a long time, should thoroughly clean and oil the knife, vegetable oil will be fine.

LEATHER - My leather sheaths are waterproofed with a mixture of beeswax and linseed oil, over time the leather may rough and dried, to solve that you can also apply a vegetable oil coat.

NOTE - Do not forget the knife inside the leather sheath for long time, the leather will rust the steel.

WOOD HANDLES - Never clean knives in the dishwasher. The high temperature of dishwasher and the detergent chemicals can melt or loosen the handle glue. Protect the wood handles from dryness, splintering, and cracking by oiling then with walnut or mineral oil, because these oils do not contain varnish, the protection they offer won't be permanent so will benefit from the occasional application of a light coat of oil.

KEEP KNIVES SHARP - A sharp knife is safer than a dull one because it requires less pressure in cutting. The knife will not slip as easily and your hand will not tire as quickly.

NEVER TRY TO CATCH A FALLING KNIFE! - If you drop your knife, let it fall. Don’t attempt to catch it.
